Okay, I've got a ton of new people following me now thanks to the closing of ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) oc_ca_slash, so I figured it was about time to post something of an introduction to my fic journal. Or something.
Hi, and welcome to Jade Gates' Ink, the writing escape for jadegates! Thanks for watching me and taking an interest in my writing. I write for many different fandoms, even my own sometimes, but I'm sure you'll be able to find something you're looking for if you're already here. I appreciate the fact that people are so interested in my writing, and please, if you take the time to read, leave me something knowing you did, because I'm not about to put a counter on my page or anything. It's just nice knowing people read. This isn't a requirement, obviously.
This journal is relatively easy to navigate. I've spent a lot of time making it so. There is my archive where you can search by band name and/or fandom for what you're looking for. I have all of my stories tagged by name, pairing and genre as well, and if you're more interested in finding things that way, go to my tag page and you're sure to be able to find what you're looking for.
I also have a requests post where you can suggest or request anything you want and I'll get to them when I can and when the inspiration hits me. I write just about any pairing. I don't like writing Zacky Vengeance with anyone but Synyster Gates, Jacoby Shaddix, Brandan Schieppati or James Hart, though. Just keep that in mind. I'll write het as well, but only sometimes, and mostly upon request.
